We've answered some frequently asked questions below, so please check this page to see if your query has been answered here! If you need to contact us, please email info(at)ladydinahs.co.uk and include your order number if relevant - we'll get back to you as soon as we can!


  • When will my order arrive? Our gift vouchers are physical vouchers and should arrive at UK addresses within 2-5 working days of ordering. Orders before 12pm will be dispatched the same day Monday-Friday. Orders after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day. We send orders 1st class with Royal Mail, Signed-For or Guaranteed Next Day (select your option at checkout).
  • My order hasn't arrived yet! We'll always contact you if there's any reason for a delay in posting your order. If you believe your order should have already arrived, please contact us at info@ladydinahs.co.uk so we can look into this. Please note we do not track orders with Royal Mail so we cannot guarantee a delivery date or check the status of your delivery once it is on its way.
  • How much is shipping? Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered, and the country selected for shipping, so delivery charges will vary.

Voucher orders

  • I received a voucher - when can I visit? The voucher recipient will need to pre-book a visit at ladydinahs.com/bookings.
  • When does my voucher run out? Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all vouchers last for a year after purchase. If you have difficulty using your voucher that time period, please contact bookings@ladydinahs.co.uk before the voucher expires to let us know, and we'll do our best to help.
  • Can I use my voucher online? We don't currently offer vouchers for use in the online shop, but they're coming soon! Currently, all of our vouchers are for use at Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium in London (in store or via online bookings).
  • Can vouchers be used for anything else? If your voucher is for a specific type of visit, e.g. a Cream Tea, please note it can only be redeemed for that. Our £20 Gift Voucher may be a better option for you if you would like the recipient to be able to put the voucher towards food, drink, merchandise or entry as they choose. Vouchers valid only at the Cat Emporium cannot be used for the online store.

    Birthday Packs

    • Can I buy a Birthday Pack without a booking? We recommend booking first at ladydinahs.com/bookings. If you choose to purchase the Birthday Pack first, we cannot guarantee availability for your preferred visit date, so you may wish to book your visit before committing to the Birthday Pack. As this is a personalised pack, we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to book.
    • Do you offer other options for the Birthday Pack? Our Birthday Pack options may change from time to time based on our stock levels and new items becoming available. When you order, all current options will be available to select.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    • If there is an error with your order, fault or problem, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ladydinahs.co.uk. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for gift vouchers/gift cards, or perishable items such as cat treats.
